Terms and Conditions for "We Care" Application

Welcome to We Care. By using the application, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Please read these terms carefully before using or registering in the application as a user or service provider.


First: Definitions

  • Application: We Care app.
  • Management: The entity that owns and operates the application.
  • User: Any person who uses the application to request services.
  • Service Provider: Any individual or company that provides services through the application.
  • Service: Any service offered or provided through the application.
  • Commission: The percentage due to the application in exchange for operating the platform and connecting the parties.

Second: Limits of Liability

  1. The application acts as an electronic intermediary connecting the user with the service provider.
  2. The application does not bear direct responsibility for the quality of services or any damages resulting from them.
  3. The responsibility for the final agreement and execution of the service lies with the contracting parties.
  4. The application does not guarantee continuity of service without temporary technical interruption.

Third: Service Provider Terms

  1. The service provider is committed to providing the service professionally and with high quality.
  2. The service provider bears full responsibility for the services provided to customers.
  3. Appointments and prices shown within the application must be adhered to.
  4. The application has the right to impose a commission starting from 15% on every transaction made through the platform.
  5. The service provider pledges not to communicate outside the application with the aim of bypassing the commission or completing agreements directly.
  6. The management has the right to suspend or permanently stop violating accounts without prior notice in case of abuse or fraud.
  7. The service provider bears responsibility for the regulatory licenses or permits required to practice their activity within the Kingdom.

Fourth: Payments and Electronic Payment

  1. Payment operations are carried out through several payment methods:
    • Approved electronic methods
    • Cash
  2. With the possibility of installment through deferred payment service providers (Tabby - Tamara).
  3. All displayed prices include or exclude tax as clarified within the application.
  4. The application has the right to automatically deduct the due commission before transferring the service provider's dues.
  5. Financial transfers may be temporarily suspended when fraud or violations are suspected.

Fifth: Ratings and Comments

  1. The user has the right to rate the service after completion and show the rating to the service provider to raise the level of service quality.
  2. Comments must be realistic and not offensive or defamatory. The application has the right to remove them after review, and the reviewer bears full legal responsibility for their content.
  3. The management has the right to delete any violating or inappropriate rating or comment.
  4. The reviewer bears full legal responsibility for their content.

Sixth: Terms of Use of the Application

  1. The user or service provider must have full legal capacity.
  2. All parties are committed to providing correct, accurate, and up-to-date information.
  3. Using the application for any activity that violates the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or public morals is prohibited.
  4. The management has the right to suspend or delete any account that violates policies or misuses the platform.
  5. The application has the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time, and continued use is considered implicit consent to the amendments.

Seventh: Intellectual Property

All rights related to the application, including:

  • Trade name
  • Design
  • Logos
  • Content
  • Software

are the exclusive property of We Care application and may not be copied or used without written permission.


Eighth: Termination of Use

The management has the right to:

  • Suspend accounts
  • Delete accounts
  • Stop services

In case of violation of terms or harm to the application and its users.


Ninth: Applicable Law

These terms are subject to the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the judicial authorities within the Kingdom have jurisdiction to consider any dispute.
